About AMIT

Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (AMIT) is just one of the many exclusive and revolutionary treatment methods we offer here in our office at Mesa Chiropractic PLLC. Dr. Patterson is 1 of only 5 chiropractors in the state of Arizona that is trained in AMIT.

Advanced Muscle Integration Technique is a specific, systematic functional muscle assessment exam and treatment program where we test over 200 individual muscles of the body for normal function. After determining which muscles are aberrant (not functioning at 100% ability), the aberrant muscles are treated so that you can get back to a normal you! 

AMIT treatment plans are determined based on which muscles were identified as aberrant and which joints need adjustment in order to restore them to normal and optimal function. This specific functional muscle testing gives findings individualized to the areas needing to be addressed. Dr. Patterson will then use the report's findings to devise a custom plan to treat the needed areas of your musculoskeletal system!
